I feel bad about it, because they really should be more busy than they were! Its a very cute restaurant and the food was incredible. Not sure the music was authentic to the culture, but I didnt mind it because the pho was hot and delicious. Arrived with plenty of raw bean sprouts and fresh basil. The dumplings were yummy too!
